Mr. Taro Fujie has been the Chairman and an Executive Officer of the company since February 2025. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he held various positions of the company including Executive Officer, Senior Vice President, and General Manager of Food Products Division. He also served as the Chief Transformation Officer from July 2020 and April 2021 and Corporate Vice President of the company from June 2017 to July 2020. Mr. Fujie served as the President at Ajinomoto do Brasil Industria e Comercio de Alimentos Ltda from June 2015 to June 2017 and Corporate Executive Officer of the company from June 2013 to June 2015. He served as the President of Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation from July 2011 to June 2013 and the General Manager of China Foods & Seasonings Dept., China Business Strategy & Planning Division from July 2008 to July 2011.

Mr. Shigeo Nakamura has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, Executive Officer and a Director of the company since June 2025. Prior to this, he served as the President of Ajinomoto do Brasil Industria e Comercio de Alimentos Ltda. and served as an Executive Officer and Vice President of the company. He also served as the General Manager in the Specialty Chemicals Department of the AminoScience Division. Mr. Nakamura served as an Executive of the company. He served as the President of Ajinomoto Fine-Techno Co., Inc. and was an Executive Officer of the company.

Mr. Takeshi Saito has been an Executive Officer, the Chief Transformation Officer, Vice President and a Director of the company since June 2023. Currently, he serves as a Director of IMCES, Inc. Previously, he served as an Advisor and Assistant to Chief Transformation Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Engagement Officer and Chief Development Officer at Misaki Capital, Inc. Previously, he served as a Director, Partner and Managing Director at Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. Mr. Saito served as the Managing Director of Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan from August 2005 to April 2007. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Kanebo Corporation from June 2005 to August 2005 and OCC, Inc. from November 2004 to June 2005.

Mr. Hiroshi Shiragami has been the Chief Innovation Officer, Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and a Director of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Research Institute for Bioscience Products of Fine Chemicals, AminoScience Division at the company from June 2019 to April 2021. He also served as the Corporate Vice President of the company. Mr. Shiragami served as the Chairman and Managing Director of Ajinomoto Althea, Inc. from July 2013 to July 2015. Earlier, he worked as the General Manager of AminoScience Business Development Dept. of Amino Acids Company from July 2009 to July 2013.

Mr. Hiroshi Kaho has been the Chief Human Resource Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2026. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ajinomoto Foods North America.
