Chairman Executive BoardMr. Alexander Valentinovich Novak has been the Chairman of the company since August 2015. He also worked as Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation from May 2012 to November 2020. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation and a member of the Board of Russia’s Ministry of Finance.
Nikolay Petrovich Tokarev
Chairman; President Executive BoardMr. Nikolay Petrovich Tokarev has been the Chairman of the management board and President of Transneft since 2007. Prior to this, he worked as Director General of the State Enterprise Russian External Economic Association. Mr. Tokarev also worked in the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation. He is also a member of the Management Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, a member of the Management Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs all-Russia employers’ association and a member of the Governing Board of the International Association of Oil Transporters.
