Mr. Gregoire Poux-Guillaume has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board Director of the company since November 2022. Prior to joining in Akzo Nobel NV he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sulzer since 2015. Prior to this he served as Executive Vice President of Alstom Group and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alstom Grid from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that he held various positions in Alstom Group from 2003 to 2008.

Mr. Maarten de Vries has been the Chief Financial Officer of Akzo Nobel since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Intertrust Group and TNT Express. He also worked as Chief Executive Officer for TP Vision from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, he served at various senior management roles in Royal Philips Electronics.

Mr. Joelle Boxus has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Etex, since 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, she served as global HR leader for the AkzoNobel's Specialty Chemicals division, since 2013 to 2018. Prior to this, she has served as consultant for Robert Walters and Ernst and Young, she also served as global HR Director for Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate company.

Ms. Karen-Marie Katholm has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to joining the company, she worked as Integrated Operations Leader for DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences at Danisco A/S. She has more than 20 years of experience working at various international food manufacturers, such as United Biscuits, Orkla and Arla Foods.
