Mr. J. Kent Masters has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Albemarle since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Operating Partner of Advent International. Mr. Masters also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Foster Wheeler AG. He is also a former member of the executive board of Linde AG.

Mr. Neal Sheorey has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company Since November 2023. Previously, he served as Vice President of Dow's Coatings & Performance Monomers business unit. Prior to that, Mr. Sheorey served as Dow's Vice President of investor relations, Senior Director of Corporate Development, and Global Finance Director for the Chemicals business group.

Mr. John C. Barichivich III has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of the company since November 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President in Finance, Purchasing and S&OP Catalysts GBU from February 2019 to November 2019; Vice President of Finance, Bromine Specialties from January 2016 to February 2019; Vice President of Finance, Catalysts from September 2012 to December 2015. Mr. Barichivich has also served as the Director of Finance for the shared service centers; Operations Controller for the Polymer Solutions; Director of Finance at the Home Depot, Chief Financial Officer of Sensors SBE at PerkinElmer, Manager of FP&A at General Electric, and Internal Auditor and Financial Analyst at Georgia Pacific.

Ms. Melissa Anderson has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, Administration of Duke Energy; Senior Vice President in Human Resources Division at Domtar Corporation. Ms. Melissa experience also worked with IBM Corporation in Human Resources leadership roles, Chairman of the Society of Human Resource Management and serves on the Board of Vulcan Materials.

Mr. Sean O'Hollaren has been the Chief External Affairs Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this he served as a Senior Vice President of Government and Public Affairs for Nike. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Global Government Relations for Honeywell and as Director of Tax and Environment for Union Pacific Corp.
