Mr. Vivek Sankaran has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. He served as the President of the company in 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Foods North America from January 2019 to March 2019. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Frito-Lay from 2016 to 2018, and as the Chief Commercial Officer of North America for PepsiCo from 2014 to 2016. Earlier, he also served as the Chief Customer Officer of Frito-Lay, Senior Vice President of Strategy for PepsiCo, and a partner at McKinsey and Company.

Mr. Chan Galbato has been the Co-Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, LLC. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Controls Division of Invensys plc. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Floor Products, and the Chief Executive Officer of Choice Parts. He also served on the board of Blue Bird Corporation in 2015, KORE Group Holdings Inc from 2021 to 2022, and AutoWeb, Inc from 2019 to 2022.

Mr. James L. Donald has been the Co-Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 2018 to 2019 and the Chief Operating Officer and President from March 2018 to September 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Extended Stay America, Inc., and its subsidiary, ESH Hospitality, Inc from 2012 to 2015. Before that, Mr. Donald served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Haggen Food & Pharmacy, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Starbucks Corporation, the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pathmark Stores, Inc. Earlier, he held various other senior and executive roles at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Safeway Inc. and Albertson’s, Inc. He started his grocery and retail career in 1971 with Publix Super Markets, Inc. Mr. Donald also served on the board of directors of Nordstrom, Inc.

Ms. Sharon McCollam has been the Chief Financial Officer and President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy Co Inc from 2012 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. He also served as the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Williams-Sonoma in 2006 and as its Director in 2010. Mr. McCollam joined Albertsons in September 2021.

Ms. Susan Morris has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President of Retail Operations of West region from 2017 to 2018 and as an Executive Vice President of East Operations of the company from 2016 to 2017. Previously, she also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Merchandising and Vice President of Customer Satisfaction at SuperValu.
