Mr. David J. Endicot has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He joined Alcon in 2016 as the President of Commercial and Innovation and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Endicott served as the President of Hospira Infusion Systems, a Pfizer company. Before that, he served in various leadership roles at Allergan Inc. Mr. Endicott also served on the Boards of AdvaMed.

Mr. Timothy C. Stonesifer has been the Chief Financial Officer of Alcon since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Hewlett-Packard Enterprises from 2015 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise Group at HP Co from 2014 to 2015. Earlier, he served as Chief Financial Officer of General Motors’ International Operations from 2011 to 2014. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Alegco Scotsman from 2010 to May 2011 and as Chief Financial Officer of Sabic Innovative Plastics from 2007 to 2010.

Mr. Ian Bell has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Global Business & Innovation for the company. Previously, he served as the President of International, overseeing the Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, Japan and Latin America and Caribbean markets from 2019 to 2021 at Alcon. Earlier, he served as the President of EMEA. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Vice President and President of the EMEA region for Hospira, Inc. Mr. Bell also served as the Corporate Vice President and President of Allergan, Inc.’s Asia Pacific region from 2008 to 2014.

Mr. Franck Leveiller is the Senior Vice President of Global Research and Development (R&D) and Chief Scientific Officer for the company. Prior to this, he served as Head of R&D Surgical Franchise for the company; Vice President and Head of R&D Vision Care for the company; Global Head of R&D at Ciba Vision; and Global Head of Technical R&D and Project Management for Novartis Pharmaceutical. Mr. Leveiller has also served with AstraZeneca, Aventis and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer.

Ms. Heather Attra is the Senior Vice President and Chief Quality and Regulatory Affairs Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Quality for the company; Vice President of the Global Quality for the Vision Care Division, Vice President of the Global Quality for the Surgical Division, and Vice President of the Technical Operations for the Vision Care Division. Ms. Attra has also served with Novartis, Catalent Pharma Solutions, and various start-up companies.
