Mr. F. Michael Ball has been the Chairman of Alcon Inc since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Alcon and also as a member of the Novartis Executive Committee from 2016 until 2018. Mr. Ball previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hospira Inc from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, he served in various senior leadership positions at Allergan Inc, including President from 2006 to 2011. Before that in 1995, he served in roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales at Syntex Corp and Eli Lilly & Co. Mr. Ball began his career in the healthcare industry in 1981. He served on the Board of Directors of several companies, including IntraLase Corp, Hospira Inc, sTec Inc, and Kythera Biopharmaceuticals Inc.

Mr. David J. Endicot has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of Alcon Inc since 2019. He joined Alcon in 2016 as the President of Commercial and Innovation and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Endicott served as the President of Hospira Infusion Systems, a Pfizer company. Before that, he served in various leadership roles at Allergan Inc. Mr. Endicott also served on the Boards of AdvaMed, Zeltiq and Orexigen.

Mr. Timothy C. Stonesifer has been the Chief Financial Officer of Alcon since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Hewlett Packard Enterprises. Mr. Stonesifer served as the Chief Financial Officer of General Motors International Operations.

Mr. Franck Leveiller is the Head-Global R&D, Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of Alcon Inc. Prior to that, he served as the Head, R&D Surgical Franchise; and Vice President and Head of R&D Vision Care of the company. Previously, he served as the Global Head of R&D at Ciba Vision, Global Head Technical R&D, Project Management at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and served in various positions at AstraZeneca, Aventis and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer.

Ms. Sue-Jean Lin has been the Chief Information and Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of Operational Strategy of Alcon Inc since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2018. She has also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Hill-Rom from 2016 to August 2018; and Vice President of Finance & Regional Controller (Europe, Middle East, and Africa and Asia Pacific) for Allergan, Inc; the Interim Chief Information Officer at Presbyterian Healthcare Services from 2015 to 2016. Ms. Lin has also served in several finance roles in Northrop Grumman Corp and Sierra Pacific Power Co.
