Mr. Mohammed Khalifa Al Mubarak has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Portfolio Management Officer of the company. Previously, he worked with the globally recognized corporate and investment bank Barclays Capital in London. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Department of Culture & Tourism of Abu Dhabi, Tourism Development & Investment Company, Image Nation Company & Aldar Academies LLC and Miral Properties Assets Management L.L.C. He serves as a Director of Etihad Airways Group, Media Zone Authority, Al Qattara Investment Company and Al Jazeera Investment & Real Estate Development Co.

Mr. Waleed Ahmed Almokarrab Al Muhairi has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2017. He serves as the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of Mubadala Investment Company. Mr. Muhairi serves as the Chairman of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and a Director of Cleveland Clinic, Abu Dhabi Global Market, Emirates Investment Authority, Mubadala Petroleum, Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) and InvestCorp Bank.

Mr. Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company PJSC, the Chairman of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company, and the Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Airports Company PJSC.

Mr. Talal Al Dhiyebi serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Development Officer and an Executive Director of Asset Management of the company. Currently, he serves on the boards of Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management, Chairman of Aldar Investment, Aldar Estates and Musanada, Vice Chairman of Aldar Education and Director at Miral Asset Management.

Mr. Jassem Saleh Busaibe serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Investment. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Senaat and Chief Executive Officer of Arady Properties. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Private Equities at Invest AD and worked at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) for seven years.
