Mr. Mohammed Khalifa Al Mubarak has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Portfolio Management Officer of the company. Previously, he worked with the globally recognized corporate and investment bank Barclays Capital in London. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of theDepartment of Culture & Tourism of Abu Dhabi, Miral Properties Asset Management LLC, Image Nation, and Aldar Academies LLC.

Mr. Waleed Ahmed Almokarrab Al Muhairi has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2017. He serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Mubadala Investment Co. Mr. Muhairi serves as the Chairman of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and a Director of Cleveland Clinic, Abu Dhabi Global Market, Emirates Investment Authority, Mubadala Petroleum, Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) and InvestCorp Bank.

Mr. Talal Al Dhiyebi serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of the company. Currently, he serves on the boards of Abu Dhabi Transport Company, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Abu Dhabi Motorsports Management, Miral Asset Management, Sandooq Al Watan. He also serves as the Chairman of Aldar Estates, SODIC and the Vice-Chairman of Aldar Education.

Mr. Jonathan Emery is the Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Development. Prior to this, he held senior positions at leading developers including the Managing Director of UK at Hammerson and Managing Director of Development and Communities at Majid Al Futtaim. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Property for Europe at Lendlease, a multinational construction, property and infrastructure company. Mr. Emery also served as the Managing Director of Development for Australia.

Mr. Faisal Falaknaz has been the Group Chief Financial and Sustainability Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Aldar Investment. Prior to this, Mr. Faisal worked for Mubadala Investment Co and Emaar Properties.
