Mr. Lance Parker has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. He also serves as the President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he also served on the Board of CCIM Hawaii and Hawaii Developer’s council as well as community non-profits including the Historic Hawaii Foundation and Bishop Museum. Mr. Parker, worked as the principal broker of the company.

Mr. Clayton Chun has been the Chief Financial Officer Executive Vice President, and Treasurer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as a Controller, Senior Vice President, and the Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to this, he served as the Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Los Angeles for over 15 years.

Mr. Jeff Pauker has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of investments at the company. Earlier, he was an attorney with the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Mr. Pauker also worked in Management Consulting and Private Equity at Monitor Group.

Ms. Meredith J. Ching serves as the Executive Vice President of External Affairs at the company. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of the company. Earlier, she was the Vice President of Corporate Natural Resources at the company from 1988 to 2007. Ms. Ching held various positions at the company from 1982 to 1988. Previously, she served as the Financial Analyst at Dillingham Corporation from 1980 to 1982.

Mr. Derek Kanehira serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Director of Human Resources Services at Hawaii Employers Council. He joined the company in 2020. Mr. Kanehira held Senior Human Resources Executive roles with several Hawaii companies, including Japan Airlines, First Insurance Company of Hawaii, and Hawaii National Bank.
