Mr. C. Raymond Larkin, Jr. has been the Chairman of Align since 2004. Currently, he also serves as the Principal of Group Outcome L.L.C. In the past, Mr. Larkin served as a part time venture partner at Cutlass Capital. In the past, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Eunoe, Inc., a medical device company. Mr. Larkin also held various executive positions with Nellcor Puritan Bennett, Inc., for which he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Joseph M. Hogan has been the President and Chief Executive and a Director of the company since June 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Hogan was the Chief Executive Officer of ABB Ltd from 2008 to 2013. Prior to ABB, he served at General Electric Company (GE) in a variety of executive and management roles from 1985 to 2008, including eight years as the Chief Executive Officer of GE Healthcare from 2000 to 2008.

Mr. John F. Morici has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and he also served as the Chief Financial Officer at GE Healthcare.

Mr. Zelko Relic has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Global Research & Development of Align Technology since 2017. He joined the company in 2013 as its Vice President, Research & Development. Before that Mr. Relic was Vice President, Engineering for Datalogic Automation. Prior to joining Datalogic, Mr. Relic served as the Vice President of Engineering at Danaher Corp. He was also Vice President at Siemens Medical Solutions USA. Mr. Relic also served in senior management positions in engineering at Kulicke&Soffa Industries and KLA-Tencor.

Ms. Julie Coletti has been the Senior Vice President, and Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer of Align Technology since 2022. She joined the company in May 2018 as its Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Strategic Commercial Affairs. Prior to joining Align Technology, she served as the Vice President and Global General Counsel of Danaher Corp's dental medical device platform. Before that she served as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Bayer HealthCare's MEDRAD/Radiology and Interventional division.
