Mr. Alain Bouchard has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. He is also the Founder of Couche-Tard. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company for 25 years. He also served on the board of CGI group Inc from 2013 to 2023. Mr. Bouchard serves as a Member of the Order of Canada and as an Officer of the Ordre national du Quebec.

Mr. Brian P. Hannasch has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the Company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2014. He also served as the Senior Vice President of US Operations from 2008 to 2010, Senior Vice President of Western North America from 2004 to 2008, Vice President of Integration from 2003 to 2004, and as the Vice President Operations of US Midwest from 2001 to 2004. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Operations for Bigfoot Food Stores LLC from 2000 till its acquisition by Couche-Tard in 2001. Earlier, he worked with BP Amoco from 1989 to 2000, and held various positions of increasing responsibility including the Vice-President of Marketing for the US Midwest Business Unit.

Mr. Filipe Da Silva has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. He joined Couche-Tard as the Senior Vice President - Finance in March 2023. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Real Estate at Walmart Canada from April 2020 to March 2023. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Walmart's Central America subsidiary from April 2016 to January 2021. Earlier, he worked with Groupe Exito. Previously, Mr. Da Silva held various management positions within TotalEnergies in Argentina, followed by Carrefour in Argentina, Colombia, India, and Indonesia.

Mr. Timothy Alexander Miller has been the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since January 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Operations North America, and Global Commercial Optimization of the company from 2021 till his latest appointment. Prior to this, he held the position of Executive Vice President of Commercial Optimization in 2019 and as the Senior Vice-President of Operations and Global Fuels in 2017. He also served as the Senior Vice-President of Global Fuels in 2016, and as Vice-President of Fuels in 2012. Earlier, Mr. Miller joined Couche-Tard as a Director of Fuels, Real Estate and Facilities in 2012. Prior to joining Couche-Tard, he worked with BP Plc. for 16 years in a variety of operational, supply, business development, and strategy roles in the US and Europe.

Mr. Ed Dzadovsky has been an Executive vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of North America IT at the company from January 2018. Mr. Dzadovsky began his career with McDonald’s Pittsburgh region in 2000 and spent 10 years in store operations and after this, he moved to McDonald’s Chicago headquarters in 2011 as the Operations Restaurant Technology Senior Director. He later held various leadership positions in the Information Technology segment, including Senior Director IT Delivery Global Digital Products at McDonald.
