Mr. Alain Bouchard has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. He is also the Founder of Couche Tard. Mr. Filipe Da Silva has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. He joined Couche-Tard as the Senior Vice President - Finance in March 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Real Estate at Walmart Canada from April 2020 to March 2023.
