Mr. Brenton L. Saunders has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Forest Laboratories. Mr. Saunders also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Bausch + Lomb Incorporated, Senior Executive at Schering-Plough and Head of the Compliance Business Advisory Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He served as the Chief Risk Officer at Coventry Health Care and the Chief Compliance Officer of Thomas Jefferson University Health System.

Mr. Matt Walsh has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Catalent. Mr. Walsh also served as the President, Chief Financial Officer at Escala Group, Inc. He held a variety of finance leadership roles at GenTek, Inc., including Vice President-Finance & Chief Financial Officer, Vice President & Treasurer and Group Controller.

Mr. Robert D. Bailey has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Forest Laboratories, Inc. from November 2013 to June 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Bailey served as Executive Vice President, Law, Policy and Communications at Bausch + Lomb from 2007 to 2013. Prior to Bausch + Lomb, he was an attorney at Nixon Peabody.

Mr. Alex Kelly has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since April 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and the Chief Integration Officer of Allergan since July 1, 2014. Prior to Allergan, Mr. Kelly was the Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer, Public Affairs and Investor Relations at Forest Laboratories, Inc. (Forest Laboratories). Prior to Forest Laboratories, Mr. Kelly served as the Vice President, Investor Relations at Bausch + Lomb. Prior to Bausch + Lomb, he served as the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations at Merck & Co., Inc. Before that, he worked for Novartis as Executive Director, Investor Relations, after spending 14 years at Pharmacia, including ten years in pharmaceutical sales and sales management and four years in investor relations.

Mr. C. David Nicholson has been the Chief Research and Development Officer and Executive Vice President since March 2015. Prior to this, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, R&D for Bayer CropScience from March 2012 to August 2014. Mr. Nicholson also served as the Vice President of Licensing and Knowledge Management at Merck from 2009 to December 2011; Senior Vice President at Schering-Plough from 2007 to 2009 and held various leadership positions at Organon, including as the Executive Vice President, Research & Development.
