Mr. Seth P. Bernstein has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since May 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Managed Solutions and Strategies at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at JPMorgan Chase’s Investment Management and Private Banking division.

Ms. Joan Lamm-Tennant has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2021. Currently, she serves as a Director of Ambac Financial Group, Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company, Hamilton Insurance Group, Equitable Holdings, Element Fleet Management, and Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company of America. Formerly, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Marble Microinsurance. Previously, she served as a Director at Selective Insurance Group from 1995 to 2015, Focus Trust Fund from 1995 to 1998, Ivans from 2004 to 2013, and Turner Investment Advisors between 1996 and 1997.

Mr. Tom Simeone is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, and Assistant Controller within the Accounting and Finance teams.

Mr. Karl Sprules has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2023. He also serves as a Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Global Technology and Operations at the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Infrastructure Services for Equities, Managing Investment Operations, Operational Risk And Technology Teams at the company.

Ms. Catherine Spencer is the Chief People Officer of the company. She held various roles at the company including the Head of Human Resources, and Senior Vice President. She joined the company in 1997.
