Mr. John O. Larsen has been the Executive Chairman of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from July 2019 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from January 2019 to July 2019; President of the company from January 2018 to January 2019; Senior Vice President of the company from 2014 to 2017; Senior Vice President of Interstate Power and Light Company (IPL) from 2014 to 2018; Senior Vice President of Generation at the company and IPL from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Larsen also serves as the Chairman of IPL and Wisconsin Power and Light Company (WPL) since July 2019.

Ms. Lisa M. Barton has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer and President of Alliant Energy from February 2023 to December 2023. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of American Electric Power from 2020 to January 2023. Previously, Ms. Barton served as an Executive Vice President of utilities from 2019 to 2020. She joined AEP in 2006 and served in several leadership roles within the company. Previous to this, she served at Northeast Utilities and Strategic Energy LLC.

Mr. Robert J. Durian has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company, since February 2020. From 2018 to 2020, Robert held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, contributing significantly to the financial strategies and stability of the organization. During the period of 2016 to 2017, Robert assumed the role of Vice President, serving as both the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. From 2009 to 2010, Robert served as the Assistant Controller, providing valuable support to the financial leadership team. Prior to his role as Assistant Controller, from 2006 to 2009, Robert held the position of Director of Financial Reporting, where he played a crucial role in streamlining financial processes and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Robert's career at Alliant Energy Corp began in 2003, when he assumed the role of Manager of Financial Reporting, contributing to the organization's financial success through his expertise in financial analysis and reporting. From 2000 to 2003, Robert served as Manager of Internal Reporting, showcasing his skills in managing internal financial processes and controls. Robert's career with Alliant Energy Corp started in 1998, when he served as the Supervisor of Internal Reporting, overseeing crucial financial operations and ensuring compliance with reporting standards. Before joining Alliant Energy Corp, from 1996 to 1998, Robert worked as an Accounting Specialist/Work Leader at IES Industries Inc., further strengthening his expertise in financial management. In 1995 and 1996, Robert held the position of Senior Accountant at IES Industries Inc., where he gained valuable experience in financial analysis and reporting. Robert's career began in 1994 when he served as an Accountant II at IES Utilities Inc., demonstrating his early proficiency in accounting principles.
