Mr. Petros Papanikolaou has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Central Europe for Allianz Group and Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Hellas, and a General Manager in the Life, Sales and Property and Casualty business.

Mr. Oskar Buchauer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this he served as a Head of Allianz Group Actuarial, Planning and Controlling and Chief Actuary at Allianz. Previously he served as Chief Actuary for Allianz Group and Chief Risk Officer for Allianz Italy.

Ms. Bettina Dietsche has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served at Allianz SE as Head of Group Operations from 2016 to 2018 and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Global Automotive, Member of the Executive Board market Germany responsible for Automotive Business Processes, Operations Management, IT from 2012 to 2016. She was responsible for Versicherungskammer Bayern’s company organisation and BPM from 2008 to 2012. She served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Member of the Board of Director of Adcubum AG in 2007. In 1998, she joined Allianz SE as a Technical Project Manager and held various roles such as Vice President and Head of Application Strategy and Strategic IT Purchasing.

Mr. Ali Shahkarami has been the Chief Data Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Global Capability Lead for Underwriting at the company. He joined the company in 2012 as the Head of Catastrophe Risk Research.

Mr. Henning Haagen serves as the Chief Regions and Markets Officer for Regional Group 1 at the company. Prior to this, he served in various positions at the company since joining in 2008. Previously, he served with Augsburg Re, Swiss Re, and Gerling Group General Insurance AG.
