Mr. Philippe Petitcolin has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Safran Group from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Petitcolin also served as the Chairman of the Dutch defense company KNDS. He also served as a member of the Board of the Aerospace and Defense Industries Association of Europe (ASD) and Vice Chairman of Gifas (Groupement des industries françaises aéronautiques et spatiales). He also serves as a Director of EDF and Pernod Ricard.

Mr. Martin Sion has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of ArianeGroup from 2023 to 2026. Mr. Sion also served as the Head of the Technical Department of Snecma’s Space Engines Division. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Safran Nacelle.

Mr. Bernard Delpit has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of La Poste Group and Group Safran. Mr. Delpit served as the Chief Financial Officer of Credit Agricole S.A. Previously, he served as the Deputy Managing Director and Head of Controlling at Groupe Peugeot Citroen SA.

Mr. Danny Di Perna has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of Bombardier Transportation and the President of Aerostructures and Engineering Services at Bombardier. Mr. Perna also served as the Vice President of Global Sourcing at GE Power and held various leadership positions at United Technologies Corporation (UTC). He also served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at the Pratt & Whitney Division and Head of Auxiliary Power business at Hamilton Sundstrand Division. Earlier, he was the Senior Vice President of Aircraft and Engine Maintenance at Air Canada Technical Services (ACTS) from 2007 to 2009.

Ms. Marcella Hoffmann has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources for Airbus Germany. Ms. Hoffmann held senior HRBP roles in different functions such as Engineering, Production, Customer Services, and Customer Affairs, developing a wide range of HR solutions. She also served as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Airbus.
