Mr. Henri Poupart-Lafarge has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Transport Sector of the company from 2011 to 2016, the President of the Alstom Grid Sector from 2010 to 2011, and the Chief Financial Officer from 2004 until 2010. Mr. Poupart-Lafarge also served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for the Transmission and Distribution Sector of the company from 2000 to 2004, and Head of Investor Relations from 1998 until 2000.

Mr. Slawomir Cyza has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Alstom in Poland, Ukraine, and the Baltic States of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the HR Director for Poland, and the Central and Eastern Europe cluster (CEE) at the company.

Mr. Bernard Delpit has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert. From 2015 to 2021, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Safran and Deputy Chief Executive Officer from January 2021. From 2011 to 2015, he has held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer of Crédit Agricole S.A. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of La Poste Group in 2009. From 2000 to 2007, he has held several positions within the PSA Peugeot Citroën group. He began his career in 1990 within the French Inspection Générale des Finances.

Mr. Danny Di Perna has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President of Bombardier Transportation and also the President of Aerostructures and Engineering Services at Bombardier. Earlier, Mr. Perna served as the Vice President of Global Sourcing at GE Power and held various leadership positions at United Technologies Corporation (UTC). He also served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at the Pratt & Whitney Division and Head of Auxiliary Power business at Hamilton Sundstrand Division. Before these roles, he served as the Senior Vice President of Aircraft and Engine Maintenance at Air Canada Technical Services (ACTS) from 2007 to 2009.

Ms. Nathalie Bouvier has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served in McKinsey, France where she was responsible for strategic projects and multinationals organizational transformation plans.
