Mr. Gilbert E. Nathan has been Chairman of Alto Ingredients Inc since June 2025. Prior to this has served as a director since November 2019. Previously, he served as an advisor to our Board since November 2015. Mr. Nathan is the Managing Member of Jackson Square Advisors LLC. Mr. Nathan also serves on the public company boards of directors of Ready Capital Corporation, Magnachip Semiconductor Corporation and Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Keycon Power Holdings LLC, a position he has held since November 2018. He previously served on the boards of directors of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. and Emergent Capital, Inc., and as a liquidating trust board member of Hercules Offshore Liquidating Trust. From 2013 to 2015. Mr. Nathan was a Senior Analyst with Candlewood Investment Group. From 2002 to 2012, Mr. Nathan was a Principal at Restoration Capital Management.

Mr. Bryon T. McGregor has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of Alto Ingredients from November 2009 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Finance from September 2008 to April 2009. He served as the Senior Director of Treasury for E*TRADE Financial from February 2002 to August 2008. Mr. McGregor served as Manager and Head of Project Finance for BP from 1998 to 2001; and Director of Credit Suisse from 1992 to 1998. He also served as Assistant Vice President of Sumitomo Mitsubishi Banking Corp from 1989 to 1992; and as Commercial Banking Officer of Bank of America from 1987 to 1989.

Mr. Robert R. Olander has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company since August 2015. Before that he was in other management related roles. Prior to this, he served as Controller and Business Manager at Hampton Distribution Companies and supervised audit and consulting at James Marta & Company.

Mr. Todd E. Benton has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Operations of Pekin complex from 2021 to 2024. Mr. Benton served as site manager for Pekin Campus from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this Mr. Benton spent five years with Flint Hills Resources (Koch Industries) as Plant Manager and as the Senior Process Engineer leader for the Biofuels & Ingredients business. Previously, he served in various leadership roles for Williams Companies and Aventine Renewable Energy.

Ms. Auste M. Graham has been Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since February 2022. Prior to this, Ms. Graham served as Vice President, Legal for Essentra plc from January 2018 to February 2022. Before that she served as Senior Legal Counsel in the U.S. for AkzoNobel from 2015 to 2018.
