Mr. Alberto Joao Coraceiro de Castro has been the Chairman of the company. He serves as an Invited Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Catholic University of Portugal.

Joao Manuel Matos Borges de Oliveira has been the Vice President of the company. He was a founder of Cofina, the company that originated Altri through a spin-off.

Mr. Paulo Jorge dos Santos Fernandes has been the Vice President of the company. He was a founder of Cofina, the company that originated Altri through a spin-off.

Jose Armindo Farinha Soares de Pina has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. He held various business management positions at Dow Chemical Company. He also served as the President and Global Chief Executive Officer of AgroFresh Inc from 2010 to 2014. Previously, he served as the Director of Strategy and Business Development in the Specialized Chemical Materials Unit, Switzerland from 2008 until 2010. Mr. De Pina also served as the Director at Polymers for Health and Hygiene Unit, USA. He served as the General Manager at ADC Global from 2005 until 2007.

Mr. Miguel Silva serves as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company. He held various positions including member of the Management Committee and in Corporate Management Control Department at Cimpor (Portugal, Spain, Tunisia, and Morocco). Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nuvi Group in Angola and Portugal.
