Mr. He Wenjian has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Manager and Manager of the planning management department of Qinghai branch at the Company, the Head of the aluminum carbon plant of Qinghai branch, the Senior Manager and Deputy General Manager of the corporate management department at the company. He also served as a Director of Shanxi Huaze Aluminum & Power Co., Ltd.

Ms. Zhu Dan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy Manager of the Settlement Department and the Deputy Manager and Manager of the Credit Investment Department at Chinalco Finance Company Limited. She also served as a Director of Beijing National Aluminum Investment Management Co. Ltd.

Mr. Liang Minghong has been the General Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2023. He also serves as the General Manager of legal compliance department at the company. Mr. Minghong has over 30 years of expertise in legal affairs and has served as a first-level legal adviser in the legal office, the Director of the second division of the legal department and the Director of the first division of the domestic business department of Aluminum Corporation of China, and the Deputy Director of the legal department of Chinalco. He is also the Director and Supervisor in a number of subsidiaries of the company, including Chalco Materials and Yunnan Aluminum.
