Mr. Andrew R. Jassy has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since July 2021. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman of Rainier Prep’s Board of Directors. He founded the Amazon Web Services Inc and led it since inception in 2006 in various positions including the Chief Executive Officer from April 2016 to July 2021 and Senior Vice President from April 2006 to April 2016. Mr. Jassy joined Amazon in 1997 and held various leadership roles across the company.

Mr. Brian T. Olsavsky has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since June 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Global Consumer Business at the company from December 2011 to June 2015. Mr. Olsavsky served as the Vice President of Finance for Amazon's North America retail business unit and acquisitions from 2007 to 2010 and led the finance departments for Amazon's Worldwide Operations organization from 2002 to 2007. Prior to joining Amazon.com in 2002, he spent seven years at Fisher Scientific and held a variety of financial and business management roles. Earlier, he spent eight years at BF Goodrich and Union Carbide, where he held a variety of financial and operational roles.

Mr. Jeffrey P. Bezos has been the Chairman of the company since July 2021. Previously, he held various positions of the company, including the Chief Executive Officer from May 1996 to July 2021 and President from July 1994 to June 1999. Prior to this, he also served as the President of the company from October 2000 to July 2021. He was also a founder of Blue Origin.
