Mr. George P. Sakellaris has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2000. He was the founder of the company in 2000. Prior to this, Mr. Sakellaris served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Noresco from 1989 to 2000. He was the Founder of Noresco in 1989. Mr. Sakellaris served as the President in National Association of Energy Service Company, and currently serves as the Director.

Mr. Mark A. Chiplock has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since August 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President in Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of the company from 2019 to 2022. Earlier, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since October 2018 to July 2019. Mr. Chiplock also served as the Vice President of Finance from 2016 to 2018 and Corporate Controller of the company from 2014 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance at GlassHouse Technologies.

Mr. Peter Christakis is the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served in various leadership roles at Ameresco, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the East Region.

Ms. Leila Dillon is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Marketing and North American Distribution for Bigbelly, Inc. She also held various leadership positions in corporate marketing, communications, and business development across global technology companies.

Mr. Baribeau is the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Treasury, as well as the Director of New Market Development at Ameresco. He also held roles in equity research, investment analysis, and transaction execution at firms including Canaccord Genuity, First Southwest Company, and Investors Bank & Trust.
