Mr. David C. Dauch has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Dauch held several other positions in the company from 1995 to 2008. He serves on Boards of Business Leaders at Amerisure Companies, Michigan, Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), Detroit Economic Club, Miami University Business Advisory Council and Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern Michigan.

Mr. Christopher J. May has been the Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2015. Earlier, he held various positions including Divisional Finance Manager of Metal Formed Products, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Director of Internal Audit, Finance Manager of Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility, Manager, Financial Reporting and Financial Analyst. Prior to this, Mr. May worked as a Senior Accountant for Ernst & Young.

Mr. Michael J. Lynch has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this he served as a President of AAM’s Driveline Business Unit.
