Mr. David C. Dauch has been the Chairman since 2013 and Chief Executive Officer since 2012 of the company. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Dauch held several other positions in the company from 1995 to 2008. He serves on Boards of Business Leaders at Amerisure Companies, Michigan, Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), Detroit Economic Club, Miami University Business Advisory Council and Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern Michigan.

Mr. Christopher J. May has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Earlier, he held various positions including Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company; Divisional Finance Manager of Metal Formed Products, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Director of Internal Audit, Finance Manager of Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility, Manager, Financial Reporting and Financial Analyst. Prior to this, Mr. May worked as a Senior Accountant for Ernst & Young.

Mr. Michael J. Lynch has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since 2023. Prior to this he served as a Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Lynch has served in numeorus positions with the company such as President of Driveline; Vice President of Finance; Controller; Vice President of Driveline Business Performance and Cost Management; Director of Commercial Analysis; Director of Driveline Finance; Finance Manager of Detroit Manufacturing Facility; Finance Manager of Forging Division; Finance Manager of Albion Automotive; and Supervisor of Cost Estimating. He has also served with Concord Design.
