Mr. Stephen J. Squeri has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2018. Prior to this, he was the Vice Chairman of Amex from 2015 to 2018. Previously, he held several positions at the company such as the Group President of Global Corporate Services from 2011 to 2015; the Group President of Global Services from 2009 to 2011; and an Executive Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of the company from 2005 to 2009.

Mr. Christophe Le Caillec has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously he served as Business Chief Financial Officer for American Express’ Global Consumer Services Group.

Mr. Alex Drummond is the Chief Strategy Officer of the company. He also serves as the Chairman of American Express Carte France. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director and Partner of Boston Consulting Group. He also held various positions related to Technology Sector.

Mr. Ravi Radhakrishnan has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking of the company. He worked with Wells Fargo and held various roles including Chief Information Officer of Capital Markets and Chief Information Officer of Enterprise. He also worked with Citigroup.

Ms. Elizabeth Rutledge has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since February 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of the Global Advertising & Media department of the company since February 2016. Prior to this, she held several positions at the company such as Executive Vice President of Card Products & Benefits from May 2013 to February 2016 and Executive Vice President of Global Network Marketing & Information from September 2011 to May 2013.
