Mr. Daniel P. McGahn has been the Chairman of the company since 2018; Chief Executive Officer, since 2011 and President since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, and President of the company from December 2009 to May 2011; Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company's AMSC Superconductors business unit from May 2008 to December 2009. Mr. McGahn also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Konarka Technologies from 2003 to 2006; and as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Hyperion Catalysis.

John W. Kosiba, Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the company since April 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Gridtec solutions. He also held various positions such as finance operations where he is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations, budgeting, strategic and financial planning and analysis of the company; and managed day-to-day business operations since May 2013. Mr. Kosiba served as the Vice President of Finance Operations from September 2011 to May 2013. He served as the Managing Director of Finance Operations since June 2010; and as the Division Director and Controller of Amphenol Aerospace part of Amphenol Corporation from 2008 to 2010.
