Mr. Steven O. Vondran has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, Interim Global Chief Operating Officer of the company. He also served as an Executive Vice President and President of the U.S. Tower Division at the company. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for the U.S. Tower Division at the company from 2010 to 2018.

Ms. Pamela D. A. Reeve has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Lead Director of the Board from 2004 to 2020. She also served as on the board of Frontier Communications Corporation from 2010 to 2021, Chairperson from 2016 to 2021, and served on the board of Sonus Networks, Inc. from 2013 to 2017. Previously, she served on the Compensation Committee from 2004 to 2016 and as its Chairperson from 2004 to 2009. Ms. Reeve also served on the Audit Committee from 2002 to 2007. Earlier, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Lightbridge, Inc from 1989 to 2004. Prior to joining Lightbridge, she spent 11 years as a consultant and in a series of executive positions at the Boston Consulting Group, Inc.

Mr. Rodney M. Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of American Tower's U.S. Tower division. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and as a General Board Member of Lightower. Earlier, he served as the Vice President, Controller, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at RoweCom. He also held several managerial positions, including Director of Finance and General Manager at Nextel Communications. Mr. Smith joined the company in 2009.

Mr. Eugene M. Noel is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. He also serves as a Director of CoreSite. Previously, he held the roles of Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Tower Division. Mr. Noel has more than 25 years of network deployment experience in the telecommunications industry. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Network Development for LightSquared (now Ligado Networks), He spent 11 years with Sprint Nextel, as Director of Radio Services, Vice President for Northeast Site Development, and as the Vice President for National Site Development.

Mr. Robert J. Meyer has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from 2008 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Bright Horizons Family Solutions. Mr. Meyer also served as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at Bright Horizons. Earlier, he worked as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at First Security Services Corp from 1997 to 1998.
