Mr. Joshua G. Welch has been the Chairman of the company since August 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Securities Analyst at the Tisch Family Interests and Director at Equimark Corp. Currently, he serves as the General Partner at Vicuna Capital I, LP.

Mr. Doug Campbell has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President, Head of Fleet Services for the Americas and Vice President of Remarketing leading their wholesale, retail, and factory program disposals at Avis Budget Group.

Mr. Jonathan M. Collins has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Walmart. Earlier, he worked at KPMG and Alltel Information Systems.

Ms. Jamie Z. Fischer has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Operations at DriveTime Automotive Group Inc. Ms. Fischer also served as Senior Managing Director of Retail and Inventory Operations for DriveTime from 2018 until 2021.

Mr. Vickie D. Judy has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Accounting at the company. Earlier, he worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. and National Home Center, Inc.
