Mr. Robert A. Bradway has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Amgen since 2013. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2010 to 2012. Mr. Bradway also served on Amgen’s Board of Directors from 2011; Vice President of Operations of Strategy and served as the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2010. Prior to joining Amgen, he was the Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. He joined Morgan Stanley in New York as a healthcare industry investment banker in 1985. Mr. Bradway is the member of the Board of Directors of The Boeing Company; serves on the board of trustees of the University of Southern California; Chairman of the Chief Executive Officer of Roundtable on Cancer; and Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America board of directors.

Mr. Peter H. Griffith has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as President at Sherwood Canyon Group, LLC. Mr. Griffith also served as Global Managing Partner, Finance and Corporate Development at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Mike Zahigian is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Amgen. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Information Systems. He joined Amgen in 2001 and held roles of increasing responsibility in Information Systems. Prior to joining Amgen, he was the Vice President of Technology of Sourcemine.

Mr. David M. Reese, M.D. has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as a key architect of Amgen's artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced technology initiatives with a focus on Research and Development.

Ms. Nancy A. Grygiel has been the Senior Vice President - Worldwide Compliance and Business Ethics, Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Compliance, Corporate and International at Allergan. Ms. Grygiel also served in various positions at Mylan Pharmaceuticals.
