Mr. Robert A. Bradway has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company; Vice President of Operations of Strategy of the company; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the company; and as the Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Currently, he also serves as the Director of The Boeing Company; Director at the University of Southern California; Chairman of the Chief Executive Officer of Roundtable on Cancer; and Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America.

Mr. Peter H. Griffith has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Finance for the company, President of Sherwood Canyon Group LLC, and as Global Vice Chairman of Corporate Development with EY. Mr. Griffith has also served as Managing Director and Head of the Investment Banking Division of Wedbush Securities Inc.

Mr. Scott Skellenger has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Research and Development, Informatics and Global Infrastructure Services for the company. Mr. Skellenger also served as the Senior Technology Executive in numerous startup companies.

Mr. Sean Bruich has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2026. He served as Senior Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Data of the company.

Ms. Nancy A. Grygiel has been the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Compliance and Business Ethics; and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Compliance of the company. Ms. Grygiel also served as the Vice President of Compliance, Corporate & International for Allergan Inc and in several management positions at Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.
