Mr. Jose Pares Gutierrez has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Finaccess Capital (Mexico) since 2013. He is the Chairman of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited, Director of Crown Imports, and the Vice Chairman of MMI, Toronto, Canada. Previously, he worked in various roles for 19 years in Grupo Modelo (Mexico) including as Vice President of Marketing and Sales International.

Mr. Luis Miguel Alvarez Perez serves as the Vice Chairman of the company. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Compitalia, S.A. de C.V. Director of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited. Previously held several roles at Grupo Modelo (Mexico) for over 25 years. He is a Director of numerous private companies and NGOs, in addition to holding various positions in the Finaccess Group.

Mr. Luis Comas had been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President of the Fast Casual division and Family Dining at Alshaya Group. He also served as General Manager at Yum Iberia. Previously, he served in various positions at Burger King. Mr. Luis has over 30 years of experience in retail and restaurant industry.

Mr. Eduardo Zamarripa has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Grupo Finaccess, Chief Strategy Officer for Conservas La Costena. He has over 15 years’ experience in areas such as Finance, Strategy and Corporate Governance. He also held various posts at Grupo Modelo in the Strategy, Finance and Investor Relations divisions for 11 years. Prior to his, Mr. Zamarripa was a consultant at Deloitte and an Auditor at KPMG.

Mr. Robert Zuk has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since May 2017. Previously, he served in various senior executive positions at AXA Poland, Liberty Mutual Insurance Poland and GE Capital. Mr. Robert has an experience of over 20 years in Information Technology.
