Ms. Yasemen Guven Cayirezmez has been Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2006. Prior to this, she served as Group Business Development Director from 2018 and 2021. Previously, she served as Business Development Deputy Coordinator at AG Anadolu Grubu Holding from 2011 and 2017. She also served as Business Development Manager of the company from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Nejat Erguven has been Chief Information Officer of the company since May 2026. Previously, he served as echnology Transformation Director at Philip Morris International (Switzerland). Prior to this, he served as Digital & Technology Director at Heineken UK from 2022 to 2025. He also served as Global IDT Senior Director at BAT UK and Chief Information Officer; Head of DBS. Earlier, he served as Area Chief Information Officer at Avon Cosmetics. Before that, he served as Online Self-Service and Special Projects Manager at Online Self-Service and Special Projects Manager at Vodafone. He also served as ICT Manager at Agis Zorgverzekeringen from 2004 to 2007. Earlier, he served as Office IT Manager.

Ms. Ozlem Safkan has been Chief Marketing Officer of the company since February 2025. She also serves as Marketing Director at Anadolu Efes Turkiye. Prior to this, she served as Marketing Director at Türkiye, the Caucasus, and North Africa from 2020 to 2022. Earlier, she served as Head of Strategy and Planning for Türkiye and North Africa. Previously she held various positions at British American Tobacco including Brand Executive, Group Brand Manager and Marketing Research and Insight Manager.

Ms. Huma Muhaddisoglu has been Chief Legal Affairs Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, she served as Lawyer at Esin Lokmanhekim Içtem Gürkaynak and Hergüner Bilgen Özeke Law Firm. Previously, she served as Head of International and Corporate Operations Legal Department and Assistant Chief Legal Counsel at Coca-Cola Içecek.
