Mr. Vincent Roche has been the Chairman of the company since 2022 and Chief Executive Officer since 2013. Previously, he served as the President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Strategic Segments Group and Global Sales from October 2009 to November 2012. He served as Vice President at Worldwide Sales from March 2001 to October 2009. He also served as Vice President and General Manager at Silicon Valley Business Units and Computer & Networking from 1999 to March 2001. Earlier he served as Product Line Director from 1995 to 1999 and Product Marketing Manager from 1988 to 1995.

Mr. Richard C. Puccio, Jr. has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Amazon Web Services. Previously, Mr. Puccio served as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Alan Lee has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Corporate Vice President of Research and Advanced Development at AMD and President and Chief Executive Officer of AMD Advanced Research, Chief Executive Officer of Quantrast, Financial Technologies.

Ms. Janene Asgeirsson has been the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary at Acacia Communications. Previously, she served as the Senior Counsel at Entropic Communications. Currently, Ms Asgeirsson serves as a director of several of ADI’s global subsidiaries. Earlier, she served as a Director on the Franklin Performance Arts Company from 2015 to 2021.

Ms. Mariya Trickett has been the Chief People Officer of the company since May 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Dana. She also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Aptiv from September 2018 to April 2022.
