Mr. Joachim Schonbeck has been the Chief Executive Financial Officer and President of the company since 2022. He is responsible for the Pulp & Paper (Capital Systems), Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Quality and Safety Management, and Group Site Installation of the company. Mr. Schonbeck currently serves as the Chairman of Management Board at SMS Meer GmbH, he also holds management positions at SMS Group, Siemens and Mannesman.

Mr. Norbert Nettesheim has been the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Controlling, Accounting and Taxes, Treasury, Order and Project Financing, Legal and Compliance, Internal Auditing, and Group Supply Chain Management at Andritz since 2019. Preceding this, he served as head of Group Controlling, Accounting and Investments at Voith GmbH & Co. Prior to this, Mr. Nettesheim held various positions with increasing responsibility at Voith Group. He is also responsible for controlling, accounting, treasury, order and project financing, legal and compliance, and group procurement management.

Mr. Wolfgang Leitner has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1994 until 2022.

Ms. Elisabeth Stadler has been the Deputy to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, she served as the General Manager at VIG Vienna Insurance Group AG until June 2023. Previously, she served as General Manager at Donau Versicherung AG and Chairwoman of the Managing Board at ERGO Austria International AG.
