Ms. Maria Ramos has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. She also serves as a Director of Standard Chartered Plc and Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA. Earlier, she served as a Director of Public Investment Corporation (PIC) and Saudi British Bank (SABB). Ms. Ramos served as the Chief Executive Officer of Absa Group and Transnet Ltd.

Ms. Gillian Doran has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, she worked at Rio Tinto and Alcoa.

Mr. Alberto Calderon has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director at Orica. He served as the Chief Executive for aluminium, nickel, and corporate development, and Chief Commercial Officer of BHP Group Plc. Mr. Alberto has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cerrejon Coal Cos and Colombian Oil Cos.

Mr. Richard Jordinson has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2023. Prior to this, he served as a General Manager of Sunrise Dam, in Australia, from Resolute Mining’s Syama mine, in Mali and General Manager at AngloGold’s biggest producing asset, Geita in Tanzania, and in 2021, and Senior Vice President for the AngloGold Ashanti Ghana-Tanzania business unit.

Mr. Marcelo Godoy has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Exploration at Newmont Corporation. Previously, he served as a Director at Golder Associates.
