Mr. Patrick D. Walsh has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Interim President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of TriPharm Services; Chief Executive Officer of Avista Pharma; Chief Executive Officer of AAI Pharma Services Corporation; Chief Executive Officer of Kadmus Pharma; and Chief Operating Officer and board member of Gensia-Sicor. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alcami.

Mr. Nikhil Lalwani has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the India RX Business; Chief Executive Officer of Cipla USA; and Chief Executive Officer of InvaGen, a subsidiary of Cipla Ltd. Previously, he served as an Associate Partner with McKinsey & Company and as an engineer at Medtronic.

Mr. Stephen P. Carey has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Finance and Corporate Secretary of the company. Previously, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of ANI Canada. Mr. Carey also served in various executive financial positions at Par Pharmaceutical Companies, Inc., including Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. He also held various financial and accounting positions at Schering-Plough Corporation.

Ms. Krista Davis has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as THE Global Head of People & Organization for the Novartis' Technical Operations Division. Previously, she served as the Global Director of Leadership and Talent Management at A.T. Kearny. Ms. Davis also served as the Vice President and Head of HR for North America at Reckitt Benckiser; and in a various leadership roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Biovail Pharmaceuticals, and Dun & Bradstreet.
