Mr. David L. Finkelstein has been the Chief Executive Officer, Co-Chief Investment officer, and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Investment officer, of the company from 2022 until 2025. Mr. Finkelstein served as the Chief Investment Officer of Agency and RMBS at the company. He also served as the President of the company. Earlier, he served various managerial roles in the Markets Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup Inc., and Barclays PLC.

Ms. Serena Wolfe has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP and Central Region Real Estate Hospitality & Construction leader from 2017 to 2019. Currently, she serves as a Director of Lennar Corporation.

Mr. Steven F. Campbell has been a President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various roles at the company, including the Head of Business Operations, Head of Credit Operations and Enterprise Risk from 2018 to 2019, the Chief Operating Officer of Annaly Commercial Real Estate Group from 2016 to 2018 and the Head of Credit Strategy from April to 2018. Mr. Campbell served as the Managing Director in the Credit Funds business at Fortress Investment Group LLC.

Mr. Sashi Nair has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Securitized Products Trading and Home Lending Capital Markets Technology at JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Nair also served as a Director of PHH Mortgage.

Ms. Audrey K. Susanin serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel of the company. She was the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at News Corporation. Ms. Susanin also worked as associate at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP.
