Mr. Nigel Garrard has been the Chairman of the company since October 2023. He serves as a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Chairman of Flinders Port Holdings and McMahon Services Advisory. Previously he served as a Director of CSR Limited and ALS Limited.

Mr. Neil Salmon has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and the Managing Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President, the Industrial Business Unit of the company. Previously, he also served in finance roles based in the UK, South Africa, the USA and Singapore at Imperial Chemical Industries and as Chief Financial Officer of Innophos.

Mr. Zubair Javeed has been the Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ideal Standard. Mr. Javeed also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Creganna Medical, Non-Executive Director of Saolta University Hospital Group and as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Ideal Standard.

Ms. Deanna Johnston has been the Chief Information Officer and a Senior Vice President of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer of Shiseido Americas and Belkin International. She has also worked at Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Francois Le Jeune has been serving as the Chief Commercial Officer of EMEA & APAC at the company since 2022. Prior to this, he was appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer of the company, and also served in other leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Ansell EMEA; Vice President of Finance, Emerging Markets and Business Development for the Industrial Global Business Unit of the company. He has also served at Procter and Gamble as an Associate Director of Finance for the Global Home Care Division and Vice President of Finance and Administration - Europe and Middle East at Kinetics.
