Mr. Gregory C. Case has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since April 2005. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Member of the Governing Shareholder Council, and Head of the Global Insurance and Financial Services Practice of McKinsey & Company (McKinsey). Before joining McKinsey, he served at an investment banking company of Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood, and the Federal Reserve Bank.

Ms. Lori Goltermann has been the Vice Chairman of the company since March 2026. Previously, she was the Chief Executive Officer of North America for the company.

Ms. Mindy Simon has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer for Conagra Brands since June 2017. Previously, Ms. Simon served in various finance and information technology roles with Conagra Brands since joining the company in 2000, comprising Vice President of Global Business Services from January 2016 to June 2017, and Vice President of Information Technology from 2008 to 2016.

Mr. Lambros Lambrou has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Human Capital of the company. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Risk and Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Global Specialties for Commercial Risk solutions. He served as Chief Executive Officer of retail business in Australia, Chief Executive Officer of Global Broking Center in London, Chief Broking Officer of EMEA, Global Chief Operating Officer for Aon Broking and Head of Aon Analytics.

Ms. Lisa J. Stevens serves the Chief Administrative Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Global Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Aon. Prior to this, Ms. Stevens held a variety of roles during her career at Wells Fargo, most recently as Executive Vice President leading the Western Region for the Community Bank.
