Mr. Gregory C. Case has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2005. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Member of the Governing Shareholder Council, and Head of the Global Insurance and Financial Services Practice of McKinsey & Company (McKinsey). Before joining McKinsey, he served at an investment banking company of Piper, Jaffray and Hopwood, and the Federal Reserve Bank.

Ms. Christa Davies has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2008. She also serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Finance of the company since November 2007. Prior to this, she served for five years in various positions at Microsoft Corporation, including Chief Financial Officer of the Platform and Services Division.

Ms. Mindy Simon has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer for Conagra Brands since June 2017. Previously, Ms. Simon served in various finance and information technology roles with Conagra Brands since joining the company in 2000, comprising Vice President of Global Business Services from January 2016 to June 2017, and Vice President of Information Technology from 2008 to 2016.

Mr. Michael Neller is the Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller of the company. He was named Senior Vice President and Global Controller in February 2018. He joined Aon as its Vice President, Technical Accounting and Policy in August 2011. He served as Aon’s Deputy Global Controller from December 2011 to February 2018. From July 2009 to August 2011, he served as a Senior Manager of KPMG LLP.

Mr. Andy Weitz is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. He joined Aon as Senior Vice President for Global Marketing and Communications in 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the U.S. region for Hill + Knowlton Strategies. Mr. Weitz worked for Marsh, Inc. and held various roles at Trilogy, Inc.
