Ms. Mindy Simon has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Information Officer for Conagra Brands since June 2017. Previously, Ms. Simon served in various finance and information technology roles with Conagra Brands since joining the company in 2000, comprising Vice President of Global Business Services from January 2016 to June 2017, and Vice President of Information Technology from 2008 to 2016.

Mr. David DeBrunner has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Global Controller of the company since September 15, 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, and Controller of Ally Financial. Prior to this, Mr. DeBrunner served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Senior Vice President at Fifth Third Bancorp (Fifth Third). He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for the Commercial Division at Fifth Third Bancorp and held various financial roles in Fifth Third. Earlier, Mr. DeBrunner held various positions at Deloitte and Touche LLP in the Chicago and Cincinnati offices.
