Mr. Lamar McKay is the Chairman of the board, since July 2022. Prior to this he served as company's board member, since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Transition Officer of BP p.l.c., since 2019 till his retirement from the company. Previously, he served as BP’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer, since February 2016. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive of BP’s worldwide upstream business. Previously, he also served as Chair and President of BP America and Executive Vice President of BP. He began his career in 1980 with Amoco (now BP).

Mr. John J. Christmann IV has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the Apache Corp since 2015. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of North America. Mr. Christmann also served as the Region Vice President of the Permian Region and Vice President of Business Development and Production Manager for the Gulf Coast Region.

Mr. Stephen J. Riney has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for BP exploration and production. He also served as the Global Head of mergers and acquisitions at BP.

Ms. Rebecca A. Hoyt has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and a Controller of the company since 2014. Prior to this, she served as Chief Accounting Officer in 2010. She also served the positions of Vice President and Assistant Controller in 2006. She was also the Assistant controller in 2003. Previously, she also as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Travis Osborne is the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Data Engineering and Analytics in 2019. Mr. Osborne has also been the Director of Information Management since April 2012.
