Ms. H. Lynn C. Stanfield has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President of Financial Planning, Analysis and Capital Allocation of the company from 2018 until 2020. Earlier, she served at Ernst and Young, and Erskine College.

Ms. Jennifer Johnson has been a Executive Vice President, the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of the company since 2021. She also served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources from 2009 until 2020 and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of the company from 2006 to 2009. Ms. Johnson also served as Senior Counsel of the company.

Ms. Patricia L. Gibson has been a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she is the Founding Principal and the Chief Executive Officer of Banner Oak Capital Partners. Ms. Gibson previously served as a President of Hunt Realty Investments from 2010 until 2016. Earlier, she held a various senior position at Goldman Sachs real estate subsidiary from 1994 to 1997.
