Mr. Thomas J. Iannotti has been the Chairman of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Hewlett-Packard Co from 2009 to 2011. Previously, he also served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Enterprise Business Group at Hewlett-Packard from 2002 to 2009. Earlier, Mr. Iannotti served at Digital Equipment Corp from 1978 to 2002.

Mr. Gary Dickerson has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates Inc. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at KLA-Tencor Corp for a period of 18 years. Earlier, he served at General Motors’ Delco Electronics Division and then AT&T, Inc. He has over 35 years of experience in Semiconductor industry.

Mr. Brice Hill has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xilinx, Inc. Prior to this, he served at Intel Corp for 25 years including as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Technology, Systems and Core Engineering Group. He also worked at General Motors Corp in various finance positions.

Mr. Omkaram Nalamasu has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since June 2013. Previously, he held various senior-level positions of the company including Vice President, Chief Technology Officer from 2012 to 2013; and Vice President, Chief Technology Officer from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Research, Deputy Chief Technology Officer and the General Manager for Advanced Technologies Group from 2006 to 2011. Mr. Nalamasu served as the Vice President of Research at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) from 2005 to 2006. Earlier, he served as the Chief Technical Officer of the New Jersey Nanotechnology Consortium. Mr. Nalamasu also held several leadership positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Bell Laboratories and Agere Systems Inc.

Ms. Teri Little has been the Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President and Secretary of the company since June 2020. Prior to this, she held various positions at KLA Corp including Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary from August 2017 to June 2020; and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from October 2015 until August 2017. Previously, she also served as the Senior Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and as a Litigation Associate Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe.
