Ms. Randa Mohammad Tawfiq El Sadek has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since February 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Previously, she held several positions including Group General Manager for International Banking Group at National Bank of Kuwait, Managing Director at National Bank of Kuwait (International) plc, London, Assistant General Manager at National Bank of Kuwait (International) plc, London, Executive Manager and Treasurer at National Bank of Kuwait (International) plc, London, Head of Asset Liquidity Management at National Bank of Kuwait (International) plc, London, Financial Analyst at National Bank of Kuwait, and Graduate Assistant at the American University of Beirut.

Mr. Firas Jaser Jamil Zayyad has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2021. Previously, he served as the Head of Financial Planning & Reporting Function of the bank from July 2014 and August 2021 and Head of Corporate Investment Department at the bank from June 2011 to July 2014. Formerly, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Derayah Financials, SA between August 2008 and June 2011. He worked with International Air Transportation, Jordan as Regional Controller ME & Africa from August 2006 to August 2008. Earlier, he also worked with British Petroleum and Aramark.

Mr. Eric Jaques Modave has been the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank since August 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Arab Bank plc. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer, Barclays Africa. Mr. Modave served as the Global Payment Operating Head at Barclays, from 2006 to 2009, Head of Operations of Europe Middle-East, Africa, Russia at Citigroup from 2005 to 2006, He also served as the Head of Retail Operations and Process Re-engineering Global Consumer Bank, Europe Middle-East, Africa and Russia, Operations and Technology Head at Citigroup (London) and Chief Financial Officer of Europe International Personal Banking, and Head of Business Planning and Analysis, Europe Consumer Bank at Citigroup.

Mr. Michael Alexander Matossian has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the bank since 2005. Previously, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Fifth Third Bank. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Director of Regulatory Risk Management, Director Anti-Money Laundering, and Director of Operational Risk Governance at Wachovia Corporation, Vice President and Director of Management Internal Control at First Fidelity Bancorporation, Senior Vice President and Chief Internal Auditor at National Community Banks, Inc.

Mr. Mohamed Abdul Fattah Hamad Ghanameh has been the Chief Credit Officer of the bank since 2010. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, Head of Credit and Global Head of Corporate and Investment Banking at the bank. Previously, he served as the Head of Corporate and Investment Banking at Banque Saudi Fransi and United Saudi Bank. He served as an Assistant General Manager and Head of Corporate at Cairo Amman Bank. He served as the Vice President and Head of Saudi Corporate Marketing Unit at Gulf International Bank.
