Mr. Saddek Omar El Kaber is the Chairman of the company. Previously, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of ABC International Bank plc, U.K., and Chairman and General Manager of UMMA Bank, Libya. Mr. El Kaber also served as the Deputy Chairman of Arab Banking Corporation Algeria, Country Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Arab Banking Corporation-Tunisia and a Director of Arab Financial Services Company B.S.C.(c). He joined the Board of Arab Banking Corporation (B.S.C.) in December 2011.

Mr. Mohammad Abdulredha Saleem has been the Deputy Chairman of the bank since March 2019. Simultaneously, he serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Warba Bank and as a Treasurer of Kuwait Investment Authority since 2006. Previously, Mr. Saleem served as the chairman of Kuwait Investment Company, Gulf Custody, Kuwait Real Estate Holding, and Kuwait Flour Mills.

Mr. Brendon Hopkins has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2014. Previously, he has held senior positions in companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, Deloitte and Guardian Royal Exchange.

Mr Johan Hundertmark has been the Group Chief Auditor of the bank since 2016. Simultaneously, he also serves as a Chartered Financial Controller in Netherlands Institute of Financial Controllers. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Audit Executive role at its subsidiary Saudi Hollandi Bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Previously, he worked as a Senior Vice President. Earlier, he worked as the head of Audit for Australia and New Zealand at Deutsche Bank AG in Sydney, Australia, in 2008.

Mr. Ismail Mokhtar has been the Group Chief Operating Officer of the bank since August 2019. Prior to this, He served as the Chief Operating Officer at regional MENA in 2018. Previously, he worked as the Business Catalyst in 2015. Earlier, he worked as the Deputy General Manager at ABC in Tunisia and served as a Market analyst of Banque Nationale Agricole.
