Mr. Stephen I. Sadove has been the Chairman and Director of the company since 2019. He served as the Member on the Board of Aramark since 2013. Mr. Sadove also serves on the Boards of Colgate-Palmolive Company, Park Hotels and Resorts Hamilton College, and Movado Group Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chair of the National Retail Federation; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saks Inc. Mr. Sadove also served at Bristol-Myers Squibb as the President of Clairol, President of Worldwide Beauty Care and then Worldwide Beauty Care and Nutritionals. Earlier, Mr. Sadove served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Desserts Division at Kraft General Foods.

Mr. John J. Zillmer has been the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of the company since October 2019. Mr. Zillmer also serves as the Chairman of CSX Corp and as the Member of the Board of Ecolab Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Univar from 2009 to 2012; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Waste Industries from 2005 to 2008. He also served in several positions at Aramark, including Vice President of Operating Systems, Regional Vice President, President of Business Services Group, Area Vice President, Executive Vice President Business Dining Services, President of International and President of Global Food and Support Services from 1986 to 2005. Earlier, Mr. Zillmer served on the Boards of Veritiv Corp, Performance Food Group (PFG) Company Inc and Reynolds American Inc.

Mr. Jim Tarangelo has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as the Treasurer of the company. Prior to that, Mr. Tarangelo was the Chief Financial Officer of the Aramark International.

Mer. Marc A. Bruno has been the Chief Operating Officer of the United States Food and Facilities of the company since 2019. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of United Rentals Inc., Special Olympics of Pennsylvania, and Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Mr. Carl Mittleman has been the Chief Operating Officer of International Business since 2020. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors for Kodiak. Prior to this, he was the President of Sports and Entertainment, General Manager, District Manager, Regional Vice President, and President. Previously, he served on the Boards of Directors for Spurs Sports and Entertainment, The Cholula Food Company, and as Chairman of the TEAM Coalition.
