Mr. Jorge Humberto Santos Reyna has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He serves as the Chairman of AC Bebidas, General Director of Grupo San Barr, a member of the Board of Directors of Regional SAB de CV, and Chairman of Regio Engordas, SA de CV. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Consejo Nacional Agropecuario, Vice President of the Mexican Red Cross of Monterrey, and a member of the National Agricultural Council executive committee. Before this, he served as the company's Vice Chairman from 2007 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Reyna served as the Chairman at Arca Continental South America. He also worked as the President of the State Agricultural Council of Nuevo Leon and President of the Association of Bovine Cattle Feeders of the Northeast AC. Earlier, Mr. Reyna served as the Treasurer of the Mexican Association of Cattle Feeders; President of the Social Union of Businessmen of Mexico in Monterrey, and Director of the Grupo Procor, CAINTRA Nuevo Leon and Papas y Fritos Monterrey.

Mr. Arturo Gutierrez Hernandez has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2019. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also serves on the Board of Directors of KKR & Co. and CPKC. Previously, Mr. Hernandez has held various company positions including Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Director of Mexico Beverages division, Legal, Human Resources and Planning divisions of the company.

Mr. Emilio Marcos Charur serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as a Director of Complementary Businesses division and Beverage Operations Mexico of the company. Prior to that, Mr. Charur worked as the Head of Treasury and Procurement divisions of the company.

Mr. Alejandro Molina Sanchez serves as the Chief Technical and Supply Chain Officer of the company. He also serves as a member of the Activation Committee at the Global Supply Chain board for the Coca-Cola System. Prior to this, he served as the President at Coca-Cola System. Previously, he also held various senior level positions at Coca-Cola de Mexico. He also worked for more than 15 years in the Quality Control, Environmental Sustainability, and Supply Chain divisions at Coca-Cola de México.

Mr. Guillermo Garza Martinez serves as the Chief Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Communications and Social Responsibility Director of the company. Mr. Martinez also serves on the boards of directors for industry-related companies internationally including the Council of the Americas, International Council of Beverages Associations LATAM, and UN Global Compact Mexico. He also has over 30 years of experience in communications, sustainability, social responsibility, and public affairs.
