Ms. Heather Polinsky has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Executive Board at the company since March 2026. Ms. Carla Mahieu has been a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as a Member of the Management Board and Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Aegon N.V. from 2010 to 2021. Ms. Mahieu was a Member of the Supervisory Board at Royal BAM Group from 2011 to 2020.
