Mr. Gordon T. Hall has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman and Director of the company from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Hall served as the Chairman of Exterran Holdings, Inc. from 2007 to 2013 and Hanover Compressor from 2005 to 2007.

Mr. D. Bradley Childers has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2013. He also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P. since 2011. Previously, Mr. Childers served as the Senior Vice President of Exterran Energy Solutions, L.P., from 2007 to 2011. Earlier, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Archrock GP LLC.

Mr. Mohit Singh has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2026. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chesapeake Energy. Prior to this, he worked at BPX Energy, Goldman Sachs, RBC Capital Markets, and Shell Exploration & Production Co.

Ms. Donna A. Henderson has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of the company since 2016. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Southcross Energy Partners GP, LLC from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Henderson served as the Vice President and Chief Audit Executive of GenOn Energy, Inc. from 2011 to 2012.

Ms. Elspeth A. Inglis has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Culture Integration at Baker Hughes from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, Ms. Inglis served as the Head of Human Resources of Downstream Technology Services at GE Oil and Gas from 2013 to 2016. Earlier, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Reliance Industries from 2011 to 2013.
