Mr. Rajiv Sharma has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2024. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer for Coats Group plc. Mr. Sharma has more than 34 years of experience spanning multiple disciplines, including M&A and digital, in companies such as Coats, Shell, GE and Honeywell, across different continents.

Mr. Thomas Bucher has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Management Board in Alpiq Holding AG. Previously, he served as Group Chief Financial Office in Gategroup.

Mr. Patrick Verraes has been the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Secretary and Head of Corporate Affair of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held Senior Legal roles in Huntsman in Belgium and Shanghai. Mr. Verraes had also practised law in Brussels, Belgium in the Corporate and M&A team of Lydian (KLegal) and the Corporate, Capital Markets and M&A team of Allen & Overy (Loeff, Claeys, Verbeke).

Ms. Karine Nangia is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Global Head of Total Rewards, Mobility & Payroll, and has taken on several additional roles over the years including HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Head of HR for the Paper, Packaging & Coatings (PP&C) division and EMEA & Americas regions for the company. Ms Nangia has also held various roles in HR with Warner Music International in London, Caterpillar in Geneva and Hay Group in Paris.

Mr. Sameer Singla is the Chief Executive Officer of Packaging Technologies of the company. Prior to this, he served as President of Functional Forms and Polymershapes, both then divisions of SABIC, and held leadership roles in companies including Ashland, Inc.; Chemtex International, then a division of Mitsubishi Corporation; and SCL, a pharmaceuticals-ingredients manufacturer.
