Mr. Michael L. Smith has been the Co-Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Co-President of the Company from 2014 to 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Smith has served Executive Vice President from 2013 to 2014. Earlier, he served as Co-Head of the Ares Credit Group, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Ares Strategic Income Fund and as a Vice President of CION Ares Diversified Credit Fund. He also served as the Board of Managers of IHAM GP.

Mr. Mitchell Goldstein has been the Co-Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously served as Co-President of the Company from 2014 to 2024 and as an Executive Vice President of the Company from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Kort Schnabel serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served at Walker Digital Corporation and Morgan Stanley. He also serves as Co-Head of Sports, Media and Entertainment of the company.

Mr. Scott C Lem has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as an Assistant Treasurer at the company from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, he served as a Controller at Ares Management from 2003 to 2008.

Mr. Jana Markowicz serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, she served as Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Citigroup.
