Mr. Jan Toft Norgaard has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he has been a dairy farmer since 1982 and an elected representative in the cooperative since 1996. He also served as a Director in MD Foods and since 2000 he has been a member of Arla Foods Board of Directors. Earlier, he served as the Vice-Chairman of Arla Foods amba in 2011.

Mr. Peder Tuborgh has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Group Director of Arla Foods for the Nordic region from 2002 to 2005. He also served as a Divisional Director of Denmark Division from 2000 to 2002. Earlier, he served as a Director of Marketing Division of Arla Foods. He also served as the Marketing Manager of Danya Foods. He served as the Product Manager of MD Foods of Germany from 1987 to 1990.

Mr. Torben Dahl Nyholm has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, Legal and IT since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Business Controller in Corporate Finance and Head of Performance Management at the company. He joined the company in 2012 and served several years in the M&A consultancy industry.

Mr. Peter Giortz-Carlsen has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Europe Division of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy. He also held various senior positions in Arla, including Executive Vice President of Consumer DK and UK.

Mr. Patrick Hansson has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Germany Division of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President for Arla’s South East Asia business. He also served as the Managing Director for Arla in Sweden. He also served as the Commercial Vice President for Cheese, Butter and Fruit Drinks Divisions of the company.
