Mr William F. Austen has been the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2025. He also serves as the Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director at Bemis Company, Inc. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Bemis Company. He is currently a member of the board of directors at Arconic Corporation.

Mr. Rajesh K. Agrawal has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Western Union. Previously, he held various positions at Deluxe Corp., General Mills, Inc., Chrysler Corp., and General Motors Corp.

Ms Raime Leeby is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer at DHI Group. Previously, she served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer at US Med-Equip (USME), where she led corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and the services line of business. Prior to USME, she served as the Chief Financial Officer and at Galvanize as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at AlloSource.

Mr. Steve Kerdock has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions at Avnet. Previously, he also served held several roles of increasing responsibility at Sage Software and America West Vacations.

Ms. Carine L. Jean-Claude has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, Interim Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary from December 2020 to June 2021. Ms. Claude also served as the Vice President of Legal Affairs and other legal and compliance roles at Arrow Electronics Inc.
