Mr. Urs Ernst Jordi has been the Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. He has more than 25 years of experience in various national and international food companies at management and board level. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Hiestand Holding AG and Chief Executive Officer of ARYZTA Food Europe & Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, he held various roles at Hiestand Holding AG including Chief Executive Officer, Interim Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer and Head of Production and Logistics.

Mr. Martin Huber has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2021. Previously, he served in senior finance and controlling positions such as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Control at Nestle and Chief Financial Officer of Nespresso. He as more than 20 years of experience at Nestle.

Mr. Sandip Gudka has been the Chief Operations Officer of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of the Global Bun Bakeries business unit and earlier to that as Chief Customer Officer at ARYZTA Europe.

Mr. Christophe Toitot has been the Chief Procurement Officer of the company since October 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Board member position for a mid-sized business growing a sustainable organic and fairtrade food Farm to fork model in Europe, West Africa, South America, and Maghreb.

Ms. Rhona Shakespeare has been the General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as Senior Counsel of Legal and Compliance at DCC Vital Ltd. Prior to this, she served as Senior Director of Legal and Risk Management at Parexel International (IRL) Ltd. She also served as General Counsel and a member of the Executive Senior Management Team from 2013 to 2016 and Director of Regulation, Public Policy, Compliance and Equivalence from 2014 to 2016 at eircom.
