Mr. Koshiro Kudo has been a Director, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Mr. Toshiyasu Horie has been a Director and Executive Officer for Strategy, Accounting & Finance, IR, BT Project at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Representative Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he held various roles at Asahi Kasei Corporation including a Senior Executive Officer, an Executive Officer and the General Manager, Planning and Management Department, and the General Manager, Corporate Management. Ms. Yuko Maeda has been a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she has been a Board Member, Kyushu University since 2020 and has been a Director, Cellbank Co., Ltd. since 2017. Previously, she served as an Auditor, Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology and an Executive Officer, Bridgestone Corporation. Ms. Maeda served as a Visiting Professor, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine and a Visiting Professor, Tokyo Medical and Dental University. She served as the Director, Technology Transfer Center and the Intellectual Property Manager, Intellectual Property Headquarters, Tokyo Medical and Dental University after joining Bridgestone Corporation in 1984.
